Guys can lose interest for many reasons. The main one is probably boredom. He gets sick of the same thing every single day and he wants something different. He might be looking at other women and wishing he could try something new. Most guys like the first part of a relationship more than anything else, because everything is new. Most guys seem to enjoy the "chase" as well, which is gone in a longer relationship.
