I have read that the risk of testicular and prostate cancers are increased if a man doesn't regularly ejaculate and 'clean out' the system.
In terms of mental health, I think that orgasm/ejaculation is neccessary to release built up tension.

Not true, there are ways to "Process" the fluids while keeping them in the body. This is what is taught as part of the "Healing Love" lesson set within Tai Chi and Taoist Yoga. How to circulate rather than just let it sit and become stagnant ... is only one small part of the lessons.
