it's called delayed ejaculation and it's actually a disorder that can stem from many different things such as masturbating too frequently. If he has gotten accustomed to the way that he pleasures himself then unless you mimick the way that he does it he will not ejaculate. Your vagina will never give him the same tight fit as his hand does and your hand probably wont either.
