If you don't have a lot of money and don't plan on making a prototype of the concept yourself, I wouldn't bother trying to get a patent for it. It's an expensive and time-consuming process.
Instead, you should call Victoria's Secret (possibly human resources) and find out about the legal procedures and format for submitting your idea for consideration. I haven't been through this process myself yet, but I know a few people who have. If the company is interested in reviewing your concept, they will probably have a contract for both parties to sign (something that basically says they won't use or disclose your idea without your permission or until you've reached a deal as far as compensation). If you're lucky enough to get to the point where the company is expressing interest in buying your idea, you will probably want to get a lawyer.
