Question

Help answer this question below.

I have an eviction on my credit and I am trying to get an apartment. A close friend told me that if I dispute something on my credit report it is required by law to not be visible to any leasing office that pulls my credit for 30 days. Is this true?

    qwerty

    not true

you can dispute any charge, only if there is no response from the debtor or the debtor states that the account was 'paid as agreed' does it have to come off the report
