It depends on what you are running, but some systems have a "garbage" file that stores deleted info for a predetermined amount of time before permanently deleting the file. Most systems will keep a record of what was deleted even long after they are deleted.

I have signed into an Exclusive Buyer Agency Contract which terminates on 31st May 2009 (in 3 days). I have not closed on the property yet and don't want to use this agent further. What are the next steps in agent replacement and proceeding to close?

I am a stay at home mom. I need to work from home 80 percent of the time. I have a home office . Would anyone be able to tell me if I should pursue a Real Estate licence or would it be better to become a Real Estate appraiser ? Commissions different?

I’m looking into getting involved in commercial real estate. I found out that you have to work under a licensed real estate broker. Does anyone have suggestions for someone in the Cumming / Roswell Georgia area?
