Help answer this question below.

I am a gay teen who just met the perfect guy.He recently said that he knew I was gay yet wants friendship.But he also said that he's afraid I might like him and doesnt want to hurt me by saying no to a relationship. Im so emotionaly confused right now!

i think that he may be just as confused as you are...perhaps he wants you but does not know how to make that life altering decision that will change the way people think about him. If he is straight I would imagine that this would be very frightening for him. So instead, he remains in the friend stage. Let's face it, no straight guy would tell a gay guy that he wants to just be good friends with you. That's not how the universe works.
