First off, make sure you are using a PASTE tootpaste, and NOT THE GEL type....
apply the paste toothpaste on CLEAN skin; just put some on your finger and dab it on; you can blend it in, but just a little.....Leave it on for about 10 -15 minutes, or until you can tell that it's completely dry, splash off with COOL not cold water, and blot dry......good luck!!
