Its hard to answer without getting too graphic,but in women some steroids tend to cause your breasts to shrink in size,and the clitoris will grow,the size of an infants penis,or larger,depending on type of steroid,how long you use them,and if your"stacking"them.

That's because of the amount of testosterone in a womans body sends a signal to her clitoris to grow which makes sense because this was once the starting of a penis. The amount of estrogen levels drop off as testosterone levels increase. Now once the cycle is done, the test then converts into estrogen, that's why PCT is done after a cycle to tell the body not to convert test into estrogen.
