Help answer this question below.

Is there a job in the gaming industry where you give the ideas for the game you are creating, but you don't have to do anything but tell people what to do and just give ideas?

    director of course.but even if you are a director it isnt just sitting around throwing ideas. your the visionary, the man with the ideas, as such you must constantly be checking and rechecking others work to make sure that this is what you want it to look like. also you must work closely with a producer on deadlines and budgeting.
