Yes I think we do need such a tax right now, and it would do more good for humanity than spending our taxes on weapons of destruction like our governments do now.

Do you believe we can stop weapon development?
And if you do , how long will it take, and at what cost?
Meaning , how many will agree?
How much fear exist between country's can everyone trust everyone , will it ever happen?
My personal beliefs say that Sadam Hussein was a terrorist , who terrorized his OWN people , forget his ''weapons of mass destruction''
The U-N (united nations) ws slipt in deciding to remove him , france russia canada and many other did not assist in his removal or approve of it.
Does that not mean they wish for him to survive and grow?
Does that not mean that they are allowing terrorism to grow?
If you are American ( United States) and wonder of your goverments current spendings , ill tell you one , right now they are brave , but they need to become part of a world army , one where the World stands vs the force of evil.
Period.
