    ravi .....Come up.... O Lion

first of all i am really an ignorant man & not an authority to answer this question real nature. Means i have heard & read about nature of the Self, but not yet realised & don't know how many lifes it will take.
    .
    .
.the things which are come to my mind are.
    .
Shri Ramkrishna Parmhansa says an its like an idol of salt which goes to me salt goes to measure the depth of the sea, but in the process it itself got dissolved in sea water. Then who will tell the depth.
It means when we realise our self, then our little ego gets vanished.
Its like explaing taste of Sugar in words to other, which can't be explained but can only be realised.
    .
    .
Last i( the ignorant one) want to say the nature of Self is infinite, it can't be put into words.

    • Ok, stop calling yourself ignorant!Whenever my students say that I tell them I am just a guide who is pointing out the path and it is you who has to DO everything,so if you are ignorant then you are lost. The Self is all knowing it is only the covering which has all the ignorance.Or as He says layers and layers of scum!God bless you in your quest! Now taste the sugar!
