Pre Tax HB is money subtracted FROM your pay before the pay is taxed. No, it does not go on your taxes as it really doesn't exist. Example, you earned $500 this week. You pretax HB is $100, making your TAXABLE income $400! Make sense? It's a great way to go and I applaude your employer for this employee benefit!
