I got an ectopic pregnancy and was operated on,my right tube was removed,is it true that when one of the tubes is removed,one produces only one single sex?

    No, that's completely false. The gender of a baby is determined by the man's sperm. An egg carries an X chromosome, and the man's sperm can carry an X or a Y.

    XX= girl
    XY= boy.
