    I am in no way condoning violence. If you can use your wit, and not your fists. Regardless of how you do it though, always stand up for yourself. If he learns that everytime he picks on you, there will be a challenge, whether physical, mental or otherwise, he will eventually decide you aren't worth the hassle, and move on...good luck.
