I'm thinking your right. I been talking to people that were builders in the 70's. Back then asbestos good now asbestos bad. That is something how things used in the past are recently starting to bite us in the but.

The good news is that asbestos is only an issue if it becomes friable, that is airborne. Unless the tiles are damaged or you intend on taking them up, you should be OK. Monitor their condition every year, looking for cracks or worn spots.
