Help answer this question below.

What do you do if you had a minor bumper crusher, the guy you hit does not want you to call your insurance agent but wants cash? When I eventually did call my agent, the guy I hit still did not take his car to be repaired. do I send $ now?

    never give cash away. especially without a written contract of some sort saying that you paid. but even that is a very bad idea. always let the insurance companies deal with it.
