Fees for undergraduate studies at West European and American medical institutions are exhorbitantly high, ca. $50,000 /year. A seven years course of study with all the trimmings shall be around $400,000. It is a hefty sum. If you can afford it and wish to study abroad then why not? However, the same qualifications can be obtained with very little money in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangla Desh, South Africa and Tanzania. All these countries are almost at par with the Western Medical Institutions. You can complete your graduate studies in any of these countries and apply for Post Grad grant/scholarship for your specialization. Good luck.
