Help answer this question below.

Does anyone know how to change the format (or language) of the computer keyboard? I am sure it was just an issue of downloading sth and then you can always change it from English to sth else by the touch of a button.
I have a PC.

Windows Vista (should be similar for XP)
Under control panel -> Regional and Language Options -> click on the tab Change Keyboards
from there you can Add a particular country's language.

This places an icon in the taskbar which you can switch between different languages.
