Roger Healey was in the Army Corps of Engineers so he wore a green uniform. Anthony Nelson was in the Air Force so his uniform was blue.

    • Roger Healey wore an Army Officers uniform with the oak leaf to signify that he was a major (or Captain bars in the beginning of the show) and the gold castle on his lapel signifies he was in the Army Corp of Engineers. Green is the color of the Army uniforms while blue is the traditional Air Force color.

Shows a clear picture of both characters in their respective uniforms.

For the sake of completeness the ribbons on Major Nelson's uniform are: Airmen's Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Gallant Unit Citation, Korea Service Medal, and the Longevity Service Award.

Major Healey's ribbons: Soldier's Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Korea Service Medal.
