    The NIPCC report is very refreshing, reality on this subject is so unusual. CO2 is rising because the seas are warming and exhaling or out gasing CO2 as a result. Alarmist are confusing cause and effect. See : http://heliogenic.blogspot.com/2008/08/ocean-temperature-determines.html

    CO2 is a trivial greenhouse gas and has 4/5 of nothing effect on the climate.
