I refinanced our home using a valid power of attorney ten years ago, when my husband had left me for another woman. We reconciled, but he won't let go that I refinanced our home to get by. He throws this up at me constantly. Is he a jerk?

I started refinancing our 1st mortgage (through Countrywide for $179k) and 2nd (through another lender for $68k) into an FHA (house value $280k), but my wife was laid off during the process, and now I dont think we'll qualify. I make $45k. Suggestion?

I want to purchase a home. My S-corp pays for Motorhome/credit cards. My debt to income is high because of this.
Any advise would be great.
