You're reading Everytime I restart my PC it freezes at the "windows is starting up" screen. I have restarted it up to 20 times in a row and it still freezes. Need to do sys. restore for it to work. Been happening for last 2yrs. Any ideas on cause or solution? Thanks

I do system restore - every time. My question is how to fix the problem that forces me to have to do system restore every time I want to restart the system. Any programs that I have to restart for, get uninstalled during the proceess. Therefore I have to re-install them, restart, and it happens all over again. See the problem?
