You should never eat the first snow...its dirty and sometimes polluted.
The second snow however is great for "Snow Ice Cream"
Take your snow and put it in a bowl...add milk, sugar and a little vanilla extract. You can measure out the ingreedients any way you want or add other flavors, but that's the general idea!
