the bible does not provide any proof that jesus was born on dec.25th. did the first century christians observe the birth of jesus?
by tabithap5 on December 29th, 2007
I don't think I ever said he was born on December 25th, and I do not believe he was born on december 25th. December 25th is a pagan traditional holiday. The Christmas tree and all of that mess is pagan not christ. When the world changed from pagans to christians they carried some of their pagan traditions over and just renamed the holiday to represent something christian.
