If I raped someone 20 years ago but was never convicted in court, does that make me a rapist?

    Why, after a year and a half on AB would you reveal that? And what type of response did you expect?

    Being convicted has nothing to do with it, it's the act itself and as you've already heard from others, yes you are a rapist.

    That doesn't mean you haven't led a good life since, but it does mean that you dodged incarceration and for that you should thank your lucky stars.

    • Whaaat. You say LOL to this piece of garbage. What is wrong with the people today. This parasite tells of rape and you laugh. Don't, or can't you see, what he says, is taken on board by every other germ or degenerate (which he is) and shows them this is right. From this day on, if I see the sleaze names come onto AB, I will either complain bitterly or go to whoever controls what is said on this site. Don't take me lightly scum, I pull a lot of weight where it counts and won't stop until crap like you don't exist.
