At the risk of bad ratings, I'm going to say that this is a question that should not be answered over the internet. A good teacher should hear and see what you are doing in order to help you be more comfortable in that range.

The simple answer is the punchline to the old joke about the guy coming into the doctor's office with his right arm wrapped around behind his head, grabbing his left shoulderblade. He says, "Doctor, it hurts when I do this," to which the doctor answers, "Don't do that."

Still, one motto of mine is that any pitch you can produce, you can produce properly. I can tell you, hypothetically, that my assumption is that you may be tightening up in your throat at the highest reaches of your range. This is an instinctual reaction that is very common. It could explain your being sharp at the top.

If this were the case, and I had you in the studio, I would take you through exercises that de-emphasize the top note of the exercise, while encouraging you to keep your throat open and move more and more air using the support muscles below your diaphragm (not your diaphragm itself). I would also encourage you to get more lift in your soft palate, more drop in your jaw (one student of mine rather graphically described it as being "like a snake swallowing a rat"), and aim your sound into the pocket of your hard palate and up into your forehead.

I hope this helps, but again, I'd encourage you to ask this question to someone who can actually see and hear you.
