I had a miscarriage a little over a month ago at 5 weeks along...when is it safe to start trying again?

Continued...my fiance and I started trying about 2 weeks after we lost the baby and I've missed my period again, 3rd month in a row) and am starting to have the same symptoms that I did right before I found out I was pregnant the first time. Is it still healthy for me and what might be developing inside?
