thers a lot of guns to get thorgh and to few who care to do the work. vigilanties and militas have replaced the police in som areas and are doing a better job, but in other, guns are sold soly as a way to agrivate crime and sell more guns, not much may change as thier gov is to week and corupt to follow thorgh the plans made by the few good ploitions in the contry
