In Washington state, is it legal for 15 year olds to work at a job during the school week? Or can they only work in the summer?

    8-40-6 Schoolday/week: 3 (8 Friday, Saturday and Sunday) - 16


    Nightwork prohibited for minors of age UNDER 16
    7 p.m. (9 p.m. Friday and Saturday when school is not in session) to 7 a.m
