Ha I used to always say as long as the boobs go past the gut they pass my standards. Of course that was joke. Well I would only say they are too big if you are seeing some sort of discomfort from them. My wife has 36 EE and they are killing her every day. She is 5'7" which is not small for a girl. She thinks that she will get a reduction after we are done having kids. So if your boobs don't bother you physically or prohibit you from doing normal things then your fine.
