You're reading My neighbor put a light on my privacy fence and it points into my back yard we cant go into our back yard with out it comin on.. Can i make him take it down? and if he dont can I remove it?

yes its on my property there is a good foot or more to where our property meets. It dont come on when we are on the other side of the fence it only comes on when we are in our back yard. he took a 2x4 screwed it to my fence and pointed the light into my yard..
