If you had guys coming door to door selling discount books for a national auto care chain would you buy one or not?

    No,

    If it was an store that I was interested in I would thank them for the information but purchase directly from the store.

    There have been too many instances of bogus coupon books being sold to take a chance like that.

    As well, most people would pay with a check...now you have just give a perfect stranger a sample of your signature and your banking account number.

    • Good point. Yeah, the books can have limitations and who knows, the chain could be bankrupt tomorrow and then the coupon books could be nothing but some paper to write a grocery list on.
