i got a stock 1991 mustang gt n its overheating only in the summer at stop lights. it has a regular steal fan on the pump. do i switch to an clutch fan?

You're reading I just had a complete major tune-up done, oil change, the power steering pump and water pump both were replaced, now the only thing missing is fuel filter/gas filter. Where would i locate that in a 91' Ford Mustang GT 5.0?
