In 2012, internet service is going to be shifted to a "Subscription" service where you pay for access to websites like you do now for cable TV - and lose access to non-service sites. Is it ethical for the Internet to be changed in this way?

    This is the first Ive heard of this and think quite honestly its a load of old cobblers! and IF it were true people would either stop paying subscription fees and find shortcuts "loopholes" to use the services, but as one member on here said who is going to regulate it. Its a joke whoever sent this or perhaps there is life on the other planet..... ???

    • Please see above. The FCC- the communication regulator for the USA - isn't going to stop this because there is no law to prohibit it. The same media multi-nationals are moving to do this all over the world.
