I've never DR'd anything..I am not so arrogant that I think I know better than anyone else..each viewpoint is valid for the person espousing it. I see no reasonable purpose to giving negative ratings, therefore I don't do it! :)
Is there an incentives of being top 1 on the answerbag's leaderboard?
