Christians: How would you react if your child told you that they were an Athiest?

    I would be very concerned, but ultimately the choice is my son's, not mine. I have just done my best to give him guidance when he wants and needs it. Would I try to convince him otherwise? Sure, but what other choice do I have but to accept his chosen path as a decision he had to ultimately make himself, and, right or wrong, he is the one that has to live with, not me. I'll always be a dad to my kids, regardless.
