You're reading I've been looking for a job for a while now, and everywhere I look it will say "experience required/preferred", but how am i supposed to get experience in that area if noone will hire me WITHOUT experience?

You could try getting a friend to get you in for an interview, especially if they already work there.

I agree with the admiral you need to have conections with someone because Ive been there and the way I got in was with a connection. Its tough now a days.
