Why do people on here mark answers as SPAM when you add a source from where you received your information to the question. Does anybody at answerbag actually read the questions or do they just take a point gainers(mr forklifts) word for it? TIA!

• I'm talking about your answers that are not answers, but in fact make disparaging comments about the question. I marked those, as well. This isn't acceptable use of Answerbag, or how our community works.

• ParisH: a couple of your answers are just insulting the question. Several of your other answers look fine. If you don't like a question, just ignore it. There's no need to "spout off" about questions you don't like. If the question is actually offensive, you can flag it. If the mods agree, you'll get +5 points for that. As to "Mr. Forklift", if you're talking about Bob Blaylock my advice is just to leave him alone -- you're not going to make friends or change his mind about anything.

• yes, that was in direct response to mr. forklift. But if you look at the answers that were removed or commented on by mr forlift, I spent a lot of time doing research to HELP answer the question, I am sorry if a point Gamer does not like the Answer. Do the "Mods" actually read any of the FLAGGED Answers or question?

• Yes, but the mods are human and make mistakes sometimes. Without knowing exactly what your answers were, I'd only be speculating. But Mr. Forklift isn't a "point gamer" (which is not a common AB expression, btw)... he's just an angry man with a vendetta against anything he sees as intruding on his personal preferences. He leaves most people alone, but he has particular vengeance for those who misspell words or are sloppy with punctuation or grammar, etc. If you posted a link in your answer, it's possible that he thought you were promoting something. You might just try re-wording the answer and re-posting it as a new answer. In either case, just stay around and try to be helpful if you want it all to work out. And don't get pissed at Mr. Forklift, he's already living with his punishment.
