Are you a Democrat, a Republican, or neither? If you arent either,...what are you?

      I'm registered as a Republican, and usually vote that way.  Inasmuch as there is any meaningful difference between the two major parties, the Republican position on any given issue is nearly always more in line with my own beliefs than the Democratic position.

      In many instances, I find the Libertarian position most in line with my beliefs; but I also find that in some instances, the Libertarian party takes positions that are far less agreeable to me than those of either of the two main parties.

      Those areas where I am in signifcant disagreement with the Libertarians are areas in which I am sure the Libertarians would agree with me that the Federal government has no legitimate business being involved anyway (per the Tenth Amendment, which neither the Republican or Democratic parties seem willing to obey or even acknowledge).  I would therefore, be very happy to see the Libertarians solidly in power at the federal level.

      At the state and lower levels, I'd be happiest to see the Libertarians replace the Democrats as a major party, with them being in some sort of balance with the Republicans.
