What is the Baptist Church's position on people living together before marriage?

    I can tell you that being born and raised a Baptist, I know that any Baptist will tell you that it is wrong. The Bible speaks very specifically on sexual immorality, but I have never read anything about actually living together. I would think ( not saying that i am right ) it would be alright as long as you werent having any kind of fornication. Please do more research than just my answer to the question. If you do find in the Bible someplace saying that it is wrong then please respond, because i would like to know.

    • Note: 1 Thess 5:22 KJV says "Abstain from all appearance of evil." One can argue cohabitation=appearance of impropreity.
