Help answer this question below.

I am going for an interview for a post office job. i was arrested in 2001 for shoplifting. i know they will check my criminal record and is going to come up. how should i answer the interviewer if he questions me about the incident? i am so

    admit that you were in the wrong and you realize that, you did what you could to make it up and take care of the situation, and it hasnt happened again. (and it wont happen again)
    just be really honest with it, but dont go on and on about it.
