Which one is better to breathe through (mouth or nose)?

    The nose. You should breathe through your nose as opposed to your mouth because the the nostrils and sinuses filter and warm the air going into the lungs. The mouth breather bypasses this. Mouth breathing also speeds up water loss increasing possible dehydration.
