I was two months late and then spotted for 4 days and now 25 days late but took 3 pregnancy test all negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Yeah, those co-payments are a real downer. And then, once you get to the doctor and s/he tells you what treatment you need, there's no guarantee the insurance will actually pay for it. It's a ridiculous system where doctors can't do what they're trained to do and end up spending their valuable time paper-pushing, and where insurance companies who aren't even on the ground with patients make life and death decisions. Absurd.
