Batter hits a popup to the pitcher,the pitcher drops the ball because the third basemen also went for the ball and ran into the pitcher causing him to drop the ball,who gets the error?

The batter hits a pop fly to infielder. He loses it in the sun. He ducks to not get hit and it touches his leg. Is this an error or a hit.
