You're reading I weigh 130 lbs. and right now my max for bench press is 165 (1 to 3 reps). My football coach wants me to hit 180 in about 3 months and be able to do reps. Is this reasonable? (How) can I get stronger quicker?

You should actually do all the different angles in the same workout.
