If you are a scientist there is an EXACT answer since the meter is DEFINED in terms of the speed of light. The year used in light year is also DEFINED by scientists as one Julian year (defined EXACTLY as 365.25 days with EXACTLY 86,400 seconds per day). One light-year is therefore EXACTLY 9,460,730,472,580.8 km. In mm that would be 9,460,730,472,580,800,000 mm.
