As they say, depends on who is doing it....and what they are trying to achieve, if they are trying to trick you..and they succeed then it works.....
even if it just a trick.
If they are trying to fly and it does not work...not trying to fool you in to believing they are flying, actually flying/levitating, but they do not get it right, it does not work...even if it looks like they are...but it is only a trick... then it is not working.
An illusionists magic will work if he can trick you,
a wizard/witch 's magick will work if there spells does what they are intendid to do.
If the old one was the old testament and the new one is the new testament what's the next one going to be called?
