The secret with a thick middle is to do exactly the opposite of what most people seem to do - i.e tent it in large shirts and baggy fabrics- which just makes the area look bigger and disguises any shape you may have had. Instead you need to create an artificial waist by using clothes that are cut to go in at the waist, blouses are good (and a slightly open collar with a detailed necklace or scarf will draw attention up and away from the middle) but the best option is to wear a fitted (think "skimming" e=rather than clingy) t-shirt in a dark colour, preferably with a softly rounded hem, and then wear a jacket with a nipped in waist (kind of 1940's style) Wear it open for a more casual or work look , or fastend with a tie belt for best. Any coat or jacket with a tie belt at the middle will creat a waist out of virtually nothing.
Another option is to choose a top (again, keep it slim fitting) with some subtle ruching or small pattern around the stomach - itwill help to break up the area, and no-one will be able to tell the folds of fabric from your folds of belly.
Wearing a wide scarf that hangs down over the stomach will help to cover the area without tenting it. (you can wear scarves in summer in light fabrics as well as wooly ones in winter)
On the bottom half your killer look is skinny jeans with chunky pockets or a logo on the backside- this will help bulk up your bum and still draw attention to your good legs. Wear heeled knee highs or cowboy boots for a really up-to-date look. Skirt wise, a denim mini (make sure its not so short that you show off your underwear when bending over, or so tight it cuts into your belly) with pockets or a design on the back and worn with thick black, patterned or coloured fisnet tights and flat boots is gorgeous for casual. For work try to stick to skirts and trousers that have some bulk to the back (if you can get away with cord skirts they work very well with smart blouses) wear heeled shoes with and ankle strap to draw attention up towards your legs.
Dress wise an empire line is probably best. Either choose off the shoulder or with a spaghetti strap halter to avoid looking too much like a nun. Some detail and sparkel around the bust or a pretty choker work well. If the dress is chiffony you can wear it quite short (mid-thigh is ideal), if you can get a fluted hemline it looks even sexier as the ribbons of fabric brush against your thighs. Wear detailed shoes so that peoples eyes are drawn down your body (the empire line glosses over stomach and bum) to your gorgeous legs.
Hope this helps.
