Well to make things tastier and easier.
I'm not a water drinker either.
I throw in crystal light into the bottled water, (no carbs, no sugar) and drink that all day.
maybe 2 - 4bottles of it a day.
when I get home, i make cabbage
soup. Only enough for one bowl.
mmm add a bit of pepper.
Snacks,...eat celery. Celery, cauliflower, cucumbers, spinach, garlic, asparagus, beets, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, grapefruit, lettuce, onion, burns calories.

Wow, cabbage soup. I'm right there with you. Very healthy and invigorating, but it makes you fart something awful. +4
